Welcome to our new direction here at Ikara!

A direction being taken after many hours becoming observance within ibogas therapy. The guidance of god, our self realization that higher spiritual learning through participation in dialogue is the only direction to be taken to and from the moment. Spiritual dialogue retreats to accelerate those caught in time and the body, to be out of time and the body transcending the illusions of the physical and freeing the bondage of self forever. The realized self is the timeless, unembodied and eternal that cannot die or experience fear which is the physical experience and the unreal. Our purpose has been seen, all attempts to heal whether it be iboga or another experience are merely mind creations.

Retreat Details

1. Monday - ​Transport provided from San Jose  to Retreat Centre Orientation and explanation of sessions
2. Tuesday - First Dialogue session (2hrs), Afternoon free time and walk to river.
3. Wednesday - Day trip to Chontales Waterfall. Second dialogue session by the waterfall (1hr). Traditional Tico Casado for lunch. Return to retreat centre for third dialogue session in the evening. An audio based session designed to inspire your own independent exploration (2hr). 
4. Thursday - Fourth and final Dialogue session (AM). Afternoon trip to Dualia Bath House -  detox the body of heavy metals and other pollutants in the dry sauna and reduce inflammation in  the body and slow the mind via the cold plunge. We will visit Matapalo beach to watch the sunset  on the way home. 
5. Friday - Return transport to Airport/Hotel (10AM)​​​

INCLUSIONS

• Private bus transport to and from selected hotesl in San Jose
• Accommodation - Each guest will have their own private room unless they indicate that they would like to share with a partner or friend. 
• Entry to Chontales Waterfall and Dualia Bath house
• All Meals. Our retreat food will be vegetarian, nutritious organic and vibrationally alive so that you may minimize any brain fog associated with heavy rich foods that may weigh on your digestive systems and affect your sleep cycles.  We can accommodate other dietary requirements, please mention when making your booking.
