It is common for people in the west to be confused after their IBOGA experience. You need a spiritual guide that has been initiated with the plant, not a pyschedelic coach that is going to tell you what they think the plant is aboiut.

• Pre-IBOGA Session - before attending a retreat it is ideal to receive spiritual counsel from an NGANGA that knows that plant implicitly from a non-contextual angle. No matter where you going to take the iBOGA these sessions will enable you to remain uninfluenced by the facilitators own perceptions of IBOGA which is a common occurrance in the modern Plant Medicine movement. Use this session so that you may get the most out of your IBOGA ceremony. 
• POST IBOGA Integration Session - There are processes that you will go through and challenges that you will meet after the ceremony. There is work to be done by you WITH IBOGA. The ceremony is just the beginning and when you return home, this is the most important part or you will undo the clean slate that you were given.
• SPIRITUAL COUNSEL - A session designed for those who are already on their spiritual path, who need to further guidance in their unfolding. Usually for past patients her in Costa Rica. There is nothing that IBOGA does that you cannot do yourself without IBOGA, but it takes dedication and awareness-
• Pre MOSUSU Session - You may choose how soon after the experience you would like to be integrated.
