Costa Rica´s air borders have been open to travelers from all over the world since 1st November 2020. Tourists are here now, enjoying everything Costa Rica has to offer. Masks are required in public places such as supermarkets, public transport etc but you may enjoy places like the beach and waterfalls without a mask.
To visit Costa Rica is easy. Travelers only need to meet these three simple entry requirements:
1. Have a valid passport and proof of intent to exit Costa Rica within 90 days. Of course!
2. Insurance Policy Visitors traveling to Costa Rica will need to provide proof of a medical insurance policy to cover any COVID-19 related medical treatment or quarantine lodging while in Costa Rica. In the case of international insurance, tourists must request from their insurer a certification issued in English or Spanish, noting:
3 Complete an online Health Pass (Pasa de Salud) 48 hours prior to travel to Costa Rica (don´t try and fill it out earlier as we did as it will not work). The Health Pass can be found at https://salud.go.cr. The site is both English and Spanish and is easy and quick to complete. It asks you for basic personal details such as your name, age, nationality, passport number, flight details and the address where you will be staying while in Costa Rica - which we can provide. You also need to enter your travel insurance number. If you are using one of the Costa Rican companies you can enter the number directly on the website and it will verify it on the spot making it easier. If using an international insurance provider, you also will need to upload your policy so that the Tourism Institute can verify it in advance of your arrival After completing the form, you are provided with a QR Code which will be scanned upon entry.
IMPORTANT: Costa Rica no longer requires a negative COVID test to enter. This requirement was eliminated as of October 26.
Better still we have personally gone through this process ourselves last year in October 2020 so it is still fresh in our minds and we can help and advise you.
Your country may have special requirements upon returning and you should check before leaving. at the moment we are aware of the following special requirement for people returning to the US
Returning to the US
Effective January 26 2021, all airline passengers to the United States ages two years and older must provide a negative Covid-19 viral test taken within 72 hours of flight departure from Costa Rica. If you are returning to the US we can help you obtain these tests and drive you to testing facilities close by. Tests cost around $130 USD and results are provided within 24-72 hours.

Canada
Canada has suspended all flights to the south (Mexico and all caribbean countries) until 30th April 2021. Canada also requires a COVID test before leaving. More information here.

Mostly, intelligent introspective individuals know by this point in time that they have arrived relative to here by an supra intelligent force of which they are inextricably linked. We will assume such to continue. Therefore we may view entheogens as accelerative tools, conduits between dimensions and these dimensions if we understand our mental projection and the nature of energy are overlaid upon and or through one another without the illusion of space having volume or time exuding quantity. So, what would be the intelligent designs purpose in the realm of entheogens? To not share and to generate demarcation and rules limiting the approach of willing soul seekers? Or footprints to be traced to a legacy left and therefore explored. Mazes of existence imply entry and exit, rules and parameters and most importantly clues. Iboga is one of the clues.

To all the providers of ancient wisdom, shamanic teachings and therapies. Thank you for your courage, commitment and ongoing work on your selves in the effort to assist others with their own journey towards wholeness and freedom of the illusion of victimhood. I personally would not be who I am today without many a great mentor and spirit guide. Regardless of the direction, if the path is one of the individual as the premise, the individuals discovery of first safety them confidence, well this is the goal of all on this physical journey. We cannot do anything other than merge, join, bind yoke and grow, it is innate and we are all at once loved. Every seeker is unique amongst a universal process, and Iboga being an example here is also a universal process that produces an individual outcome, so the provider through great commitment, reverence and empathy and a general will to learn provides guidance of people returning to the self away from the universal, to rediscover a universal systems of cycles that govern and free souls away from division, doubt, fear, guilt and pain.

Feliz Año Nuevo! Our new year has started with much happiness as we begin a new collaboration.....Iboga will be coming to Ikara Retreat Centre bringing forth opportunities for those who have been called to Iboga.
At the end of March 2021, we will be hosting our first Iboga retreat.
It has always been our deepest of intentions to work with the Iboga medicine. It has been said, the union of nature and soul removes the veil of ignorance that covers an intelligence. Within the Bwiti tradition, Iboga brings this union, lifts the veil of ignorance and shows the self that it is empowered, that all is choice and the truth endures within the individual and not without the individual. The showing by the root, the coercing, returns the self to its union with the soul, the intersection where all abilities exist, where all knowledge resides and the only truth dwells.
Iboga does not judge, does not discriminate and certainly does not deliver collectivist wisdom and iconography. It´s supreme intelligence guided through the powerful lens of BWITI tradition is somehow tailored to each and every individual´s unique set of problems. Whatever the trauma or whatever the goal it sees YOU and you will start learn to become you, to sift through the residues of past, to take what is needed, and to leave that which is no longer serving.
We are extremely excited to be a part of individuals becoming themselves, unified with choice, unified with nature and developing the tools needed to see the love within all.
